When will my order ship?


We aim to dispatch your orders to you within two working days excluding, Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays. For U.K. customers we offer standard rate shipping. If you wish your order to be shipped very fast, please do not hesitate to contact us. Customers in Europe and Rest of the World: Orders are sent using International Royal Mail - Signed For and shipping costs are calculated correspondingly. ​

 

 

Do you offer Click & Collect?


We offer a FREE Click & Collect service at our Bath store on Church Street. Items available and in stock can usually be collected within 2 hours of the order being placed online.

 


Can my order be gift wrapped and / or include a gift message?


We do not currently offer gift wrapping as part of our service, but all orders are beautifully presented in our Charlotte Brunswick classic packaging. You can select an option to include a personal gift message as part of your checkout, please add your text, which will be printed on our tasteful ‘Compliment Slip’.

 


Will I receive order confirmation?


An order confirmation will be sent to your email address within half an hour of placing your order.

This order confirmation includes your order number, delivery address, order total and optional gift message. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and details are correct. How should I store my Charlotte Brunswick Chocolates?


We recommend that you store your Charlotte Brunswick chocolates in a cool, dry place

between 15 – 20 degrees Celsius, away from strong sunlight, odours or heat.

 

 

How long will Charlotte Brunswick chocolates remain fresh for?


All of our chocolate collections have best before date information clearly labelled on the packaging. Once opened the chocolates will stay fresh tasting at room temperature for up to two weeks, as long as they are kept away from heat, humidity and direct sunlight.

 

 

What allergens do your products contain?


Most of our products contain diary and nuts. Please contact us for more information.

 


Is shopping online with Charlotte Brunswick safe and secure?


Yes. Our site features security systems to encrypt your payment details, making it virtually impossible to be read over the Internet.

 


Can I cancel my order?
